Free Plumbing Quotes
We provide free Quotes for our customers in our immediate area and customers whom have purchased our Home Maintenance package. Quotes are only given between 8am and 6pm. After Hours quotes will come with an after-hours charge.
12-Hour Service
We have suspended our 24 hour service. We do provide an After Hours, weekend and public Holiday service and a callout fee applies. This service is reserved for emergencies like burst pipes and situations where damage to property may occur if not fixed immediately.
Competitive Pricing
If you got a quote from us, but get a quote from another provider we will beat that quote with 5%, provided that such provider is a reputable establishment and that the same quality materials are used. We use only the best materials and products.
Licensed & Insured
POLITE Plumbers are fully insured for all eventualities and all plumbers and assistants are licensed by the Plumbers, gasfitters and drainlayers board of New Zealand.
Our Monthly Maintenance Contract
For a fixed low monthly fee, we will come to your premises twice a year to inspect all plumbing related installations and report to you. If plumbing problems or concerns are detected, the team will repair on the spot, free of charge (T’s & C’s apply) and if there is a major issue, arrange with the owner to repair/replace at 50% of the normal rate. No callout fees apply and you can request as many as you need. (only for real plumbing issues)
